Muar Otah is a spicy fish pate that has chunks of fish meat inside, it's my favorite kind of otah really and I can eat any brand's version as I don't have to drive all the way to Malaysia for this.
From a gourmand perspective, its soo much fancier than plain old fish pate. Here, Singapore's No.1 frozen Muar Otah is from New Moon and made from mackerel fish, $4.50.
